Any goods purchased from Virtech based on information provided on this site, is subject to our standard return policy.

All responsibility and liability for any damages caused by viruses contained within the electronic files of this site are disclaimed. This return policy applies only to sales of "Hardware". No consulting, service or maintenance fees are refundable. Furthermore the cost of software licenses or software development services is not refundable.
Virtech retails only NEW hardware. Any orders placed for retail products that does not require assembly, are shipped in its original packaging. Therefore no testing is done by Virtech to verify functionality of the hardware. Defects in retail merchandise are extremely rare but have been known to occur. Virtech takes no responsibility for any defective merchandise or for any indirect consequence therein. Any defective hardware must be reported within seven days of the customer receiving the merchandise. Upon confirmation of the error the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us with original packaging, manuals, software, accessories, etc. in a timely manor. Customer also incurs the cost of shipping for any returns. Upon receiving the shipment, the item will be tested by a qualified technician. If Virtech confirms the defect, we will do an RMA on the item on your behalf. The turnaround period for returns vary by manufacturer. Each manufacturer process RMA at different rates. Virtech does not guarantee any time frame for vendor RMA. All RMA will be subject to the terms of the warranty provided by its manufacturer. Any units with no identifiable errors will be returned at the customer's expense. No merchandise with physical damage will be exchanged. For remedies in case of physical damage during shipping, see our shipping policy. All sales are final. No cash or credit refund will be offered.
Virtech will ship to physical addresses only. Absolutely no PO Box APO/FPO addresses. Furthermore Virtech will ship only to the address on your credit card. Shipments usually takes one to three business days to process. Any guarantees or promises explicit or implicit made about the on time delivery of goods is the sole responsibility of the shipping company.
Virtech takes no responsibility for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. However all packages will be insured for their full value. If package does not arrive in the period specified by shipper's delivery standards, it will be replaced upon payout from our shipper. Note each shipper will require the full delivery standard time to expire before opening an investigation. Only upon completion of investigation will any payout if any will occur. Virtech takes no responsibility for any delays during this process. Further more Virtech will not be liable for any terms and conditions set forth by the shipper. Absolutely under no circumstance will Virtech be liable for any loss or damage for which the shipping insurance has not paid for.
Virtech disclaims any and all liability for, and the customer waives any and all rights to, special, incidental or consequential damages, including any damages to property, loss of data, profit, or good will, which customers might suffer directly or indirectly as a result of any breach of any warranty, representation or covenant by made by Virtech. Further more Virtech makes no guarantee or promise that any good(s) or service(s) advertised on this site will be available at the time of purchase. The sole remedy for an unavailable good(s) or service(s) will be a full refund of the purchase price, if any.
Virtech is not responsible for the proper functioning of hardware or software that is not manufactured by Virtech, but is installed, recommended, configured or sold by Virtech. Virtech makes no warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. Virtech shall not be liable for special, indirect or consequential damages, nor shall Virtech be liable for damages of any kind arising from the use of products supplied by Virtech.
Virtech respects the privacy of its customers. We do not sell your name, mailing address, email address, credit card number or other personal information to anyone.
Note we are required to transmit name, credit card information including address to our payment processor for verification and processing of funds. This information is used solely for the purpose of processing your transaction or collecting funds due. Our payment processor is Paypal. Please see privacy policy on www.paypal.com for how your privacy is protected by Paypal.
Any personal information that we retain on our customers is done so for the sole purpose of record keeping required by law. For example an invoice will be kept on file with billing address and shipping address. We DO NOT save payment information such as credit card numbers. Any credit card information you enter on this site is transmitted to our payment processor and deleted immediately from our records. To ensure your privacy all transmission of credit card information done over a secure socket layer (SSL).
Visitors of this site should also be aware that certain information such as IP address, operating system and time of access, which is not explicitly entered by the user, maybe automatically gathered. This information does not personally identify the user. This information collectively gives statistical data on the general use of this site. This data is used solely for the purpose of marketing. Virtech may also employ a technology called "cookies" to keep track of our clients.
